The Culinary Arts Program iscompletely ladderized where students can upgrade from a 5-month study on the fundamentals of culinary arts leading up to the 2-year Diploma on Culinary Arts and Patisserie.
The Baking and Pastry Arts Program is a 10-month program covering 450 hours of classroom and kitchen work, plus 300 hours of industry practicum. Upon completion of all the requirements, the student is awarded a Certificate in Baking and Pastry Arts.
Location: Maxwell Hotel Annex building, 2nd floor. This is the function room of The Maxwell Hotel and is located one floor below PSCA Reception room.
Student Arrival Time: Students should plan to arrive at PSCA by 1:00 p.m.
Class Picture: Your class picture will be taken immediately after the mass and before the graduation program.. Please make every effort to arrive on time..
Parking: Parking at the Maxwell Hotel Open Parking Area at the right side of the main Maxwell Hotel Building.

Guests: Seats will be allocated for guests.
Reception: A buffet reception for graduates, parents and guests will immediately follow the ceremony at the PSCA reception room on the 3rd floor of the same building.

Announcement for Graduating Students
You will have a more elaborate and memorable Graduation day this year.
Please check your status with Nancy.
1. Graduation attire will consist of black dress pants or slacks with Gala Chef’s jacket and black dress shoes and tall graduation toque.
2. A graduation fee of 3,000 pesos will be charged to cover the cost of the following:
• PSCA Gala chef’s jacket
• Buffet dinner (merienda-cena).
• Video of the graduation ceremony in CD
• Yearbook in CD format (includes pictures in the slide show, personal information of each graduate and a recipe contribution of each graduate)
• PSCA Alumni ID
3. Please pay graduation fee by October 11 to Nancy at PSCA or deposit directly to Banco de Oro in favor of Philippine School of Culinary Arts. Ask Nancy for Acct No.
4. For the yearbook, each graduate should:
• Submit a an updated personal information sheet (otherwise we will use the info sheet you submitted when you enrolled
• Make a write- up about their PSCA experience. Can be in English, Pilipino or Cebuano.
• Submit at least one original recipe or a modification/innovation of (a) recipe/s done in school.
• Added information/pictures that maybe placed in his/her page.
• Pictures of your milestones/ various images of yourself (e.g. as an athletic, as an actor, in various look)
• Each graduate may have a 2 page allocation for personal info. Your other pictures maybe included in your batch allocation.
5. The yearbook is scheduled to be distributed in December 2010 together with your alumni ID.

PSCA now enrolling Batch 18. Class opening will be on November 15, 2010
Lani Garcia (Batch 8, Certificate in Culinary Arts) who did further studies in baking and pastry arts at ISCHAM is the LMG Pastry CHEF, who makes delectable pastries and beautiful wedding cakes by order.
Students of PSCA participated in the FoodStreet sponsored by the Hotel Resorts and Restaurants Association of Cebu (HRRAC) held at the Cebu International Convention Center on August 9, 2009.
